Shipping & Delivery

Normally, we ship your items the next day after you place the order from our warehouse in Shanghai China. It takes about 10~20 business days to arrive (delivery estimates based on your location). It is postal service, not express delivery. (Sometime the item may stay in your local post office)

For customers from USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain, if the items you purchased are available in our Amazon warehouse, your order will be fulfilled by Amazon and arrive within 3-5 business days (delivery estimates based on your location).

  2. I didn’t know my item was coming from China, that’s too kk g of a wait. I’m in the US. If the US Amazon warehouse has my order and can fulfill it then I’ll keep my order. If the US Amazon does not have my item in stock at the warehouse then I need to cancel my order. Thank you kindly.

  5. When I made my purchase on February 6, I had no idea that it was going to be shipped from China and would take up to 20 business days. I need labels a lot sooner than that. It would be really helpful if you provided that information during the checkout procedure. I still haven’t received an email with my order confirmation but my account on your website says that my order is still processing and has not been shipped yet, so I would really like to cancel my order. I also sent an email requesting to cancel but have not heard back yet. Thank you for your help.

    I am following up regarding a purchase made on February 13. I have not received any shipping confirmation or tracking information yet.

    Could you please confirm whether my order was shipped from China or from a U.S. warehouse? I am currently located in the United States and would like to know the estimated delivery timeframe.

      First of all, we sincerely apologize for the delayed reply.

      After checking in our system, we found that both of your orders were showing as unpaid, which is why there has been no update on the shipping status. We then checked the payment status in PayPal, and it shows that the payment was frozen, which caused our system to keep the order in an unpaid status.

      Unfortunately, we are not able to see the reason why the payment was frozen. Because of this, we have processed a refund for the order through PayPal.

      We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. If you still need the items, you may try placing a new order on our website, or you can also order directly through Amazon.

      Again, we sincerely apologize for the trouble and appreciate your understanding.

  7. I place Order #12713 on February 17, 2026. It still states processing. Will this order be filled? please help. I did send an email to the support email with no response.

      Riyadh Distribution Center: Parcel shipped to Riyadh Station.
