  1. When using Canva, the label boarder prints inside the sticker. How do I get the sheet to print without the boarder showing and it fitting perfectly inside the sticker. I have ordered MR713 labels and downloaded this template to Canva and it is not working.

    1. Dear leah,

Thank you for reaching out! Here’s how you can adjust the Canva template to ensure the label border does not print:

      1. Select the Label Border Layer:

      · Click on any design element in your Canva template.
      · At the top of the Canva interface, you will see a toolbar. Click on the “Position” button.
      · A navigation panel will appear on the left-hand side. On the right-hand side of this panel, you will find a list of “Layers.”
      · Locate the layer that includes the label border. If there is a lock icon next to this layer, click on the lock icon on the design page to unlock it first.

      2. Adjust the Opacity:

      · With the border layer selected, go back to the top toolbar and find the “Opacity” option.
      · Set the opacity to 0 to make the border invisible. This way, it will not appear when you print the labels.

Tip: We recommend performing this adjustment after completing your design to avoid accidentally shifting the border layer, which could misalign the label positions.

If you have any further questions or run into any issues, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help!

      Best regards
