Template didn’t line up wasted a full page. I would like to return the unused product please provide me with a shipping return label. I should have read all the negative review here before purchasing
Dear customer,
You can check your printer setting and Word settings to make sure the paper size is A4 size, and you can try unchecking the box of “Scale content for A4 or 8.5 x 11” paper size” from File>Options>Advanced>Print
