I bought your labels and can not download an easy to use template – so frustrated –

I just bought this label, but any of the templates fit to to sheets, i think there is mistakes on the templates. Can you fix this problem?

To serve you better, could you please send us some corresponding picture of printed labels? Did you set the printer to A4 paper when you print?
We will try our best to find out the problem.
I bought these labels but the problem is that the top and bottom margins are 6 mm and 6.5 mm and not 11 mm as written here and set in the template. Between the labels, the horizontal and vertical space is 2 mm.

Hi, I purchased labels for one of my products, I thought I would do something different. But Mr. Label doesn’t have the template for the labels that were sent to me. None of them fit, nor can I find cross reference to possibly find it on another platform.
This is extremely frustrating, because I am working on a deadline.
