The printer driver has an option to select the Paper Size. However, if the application you are printing from has a Paper Size setting the application setting will override the printer driver setting.
Therefore, if you change the Paper Size in the printer driver and the document does not print the correct size, the Paper Size setting in the application is overriding the printer driver setting; you will need to change the Paper Size setting of the application.
In many applications, the Paper Size setting is found by clicking File and Page Setup in the application. For assistance locating the Paper Size setting in the application you are printing from, please refer to the application documentation, help files, or contact the application vendor.
The Printer Settings page printed from the printer lists the internal printer settings. The internal printer settings are overwritten by the printer driver.
