I downloaded MR622 tto edit in Word. It will not let me edit anything.

Thanks for reaching out! This is almost certainly Word’s Protected View rather than a problem with the file itself. Word opens documents downloaded from the internet in read-only Protected View by default.
Just open MR622 in Word and click the “Enable Editing” button in the yellow notice bar at the top of the window. After that you’ll be able to edit the template as normal.
